Torben Jörgensen

Born 1952. Higher education diploma in accounting and management control, Copenhagen Business School.

Torben has decades of leadership experience in the international life science and diagnostics sector. He has served as President and CEO of Biotage AB, where he led significant growth and acquisitions and took the company from a valuation of SEK 500 million to SEK 15 billion. His career includes senior positions at Affibody AB, Karo Bio AB and Dako A/S, as well as financial management roles in large Danish companies. Torben is currently Chairman of Genovis AB, Boule Diagnostics and Argus Eye, as well as a board member of Nova Instruments Inc. and other organisations. He also acts as an adviser to private equity and life science companies.
