Martin Hillsten has 20 years’ experience in the medical technology industry and life science, including dental implants, diagnostic imaging, cardiovascular intervention and contrast media. He has a proven track record as a CEO specialising in international business development, organisational development and navigating regulatory frameworks, as well as solid knowledge of the US medical technology market. His expertise lies in building and scaling organisations, leading high-performing teams and establishing strong market positions in both local and global markets. Most recently, he served as CEO of Integration Diagnostics, a company that develops, manufactures and markets products to measure the stability of an implant and its ability to integrate with bone tissue (osseointegration), and he has also held roles at NSK Nordic, Bracco and Nobel Biocare.
