Born 1970. Henric Carlsson has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, with a focus on digitalisation, software development and innovation. He has held leading roles within the pharmaceutical industry and is the founder of Omilon, a SaaS company specialising in medical documentation. Henric has also been involved in AI-based care solutions as well as investments in dermatology and digital referral management.

Board member since 2025.

Other assignments and positions: Board member of Carasent (Nasdaq Stockholm) and Chair of ImagineCare.

Independent in relation to the company and the company management, and independent in relation to the company’s major shareholders.
