Corporate governance

BioMedis is a Swedish limited liability company. Responsibility for corporate governance and control within the group is distributed among the shareholders through the general meeting, the board of directors, and the chief executive officer in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act, applicable rules for listed companies, and BioMedis’ articles of association. Corporate governance in BioMedis is based on the Swedish Companies Act, the Annual Accounts Act, the Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares, the Swedish Corporate Governance Code, and other relevant laws and regulations.
